I am a Charlotte based stylist. I am located on the East Side of Charlotte off of East W.T Harris and the Plaza Ext. I specialize in ALL Hair Types & Services.
PLEASE BE SURE TO READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING ,everything is on site so please read before asking questions.
Sundays are definite off Days unless we have talked about appointment being scheduled & are welcome to paying P.V.P fee please feel free to reach out.
If have any questions or concerns for Chanelle.5ive please give a grace period of 24-48 hours to be able to get in contact back with you.
If you are sick please have common courtesy & stay home to alleviate illness & sickness passed between others.
Prior to appointment please make sure that your hair is already prepped to be washed (combed out). NO braids/ twist/ coils should be in in hair arriving to appointment. $5 fee will be added NON NEGOTIABLE
I am a full service stylist. Shampoo & Conditioning is included with pricing. I will not touch client hair if I can not shampoo or condition, unless we have had a conversation prior to appointment.
Once you book & set your appointment time and date & it is confirmed; YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SET! Deposit is required.
There will be a $20 deposit fee. Deposit should be paid through booking appointment site.. $20 is NOT REFUNDABLE. If needed to reschedule deposit will go towards new appointment. Deposit is to make sure that you have a guaranteed booking appointment spot with POP5ive & you are a priority! $20 deposit is not a part of the service pricing; $10 of the deposit will go towards your service as the other $10 is to guarantee your spot. If booking site did not ask for deposit please send to $5ivebeenwhatspoppin or Apple Pay (704)977-7131 letting me know what date and time that you have booked for. If have questions please feel free to ask. If booked and deposit was not paid you Appointment will be canceled with in a 12-24 hours span.
There will be a 10 minute grace period for late arrival from set appointment time. After the 10 Minutes it will be a $10 fee added, 20 minutes it will be a $15 fee added, 30 minutes it will be a $20. Once it is 30 minutes after scheduled appointment your appointment will be automatically canceled. If late, it would be greatly appreciated if have the courtesy in reaching out. Deposit WILL NOT be refundable if late after 30-40 minute grace period. . Please be considerate of clients that might be scheduled after you and also time that can and could have been utilized at that time. All clients pick their own date and time so lets be respectful.
Once you have made appointment & deposit has been paid, please take note that your card is on file but is safe and secured. There are payment options for check out. I do accept cash, cash app & Apple Pay and also can use the card on file if needed. Also a option while setting appointments to go ahead and pay for service. If use card please note that 10% will be added to total for fees.
For NO SHOW your card will be charged FULL AMOUNT of the service. NON NEGOTIABLE. If you refuse to pay you will be BANNED from booking any services with me! If cancel on the day of hours before appointment you will be required to pay HALF of the amount the your service would have been. If refuse to pay you will no longer be able to book.
Once an appointment is made there will a text message/email confirmation sent. Please be sure to check email if have not received text. Address is given within the first confirmation
Please pay attention to the service type & read description that is along with service so there will be no confusion. Basic services will be Basic Services as Packages will be Packages!
All 1st time clients are eligible for a FREE HEAD MASSAGE WITH SERVICE! All Packages Head Massages are included as Basic Services are Head Massages are not included!
Need extra services added? Please be sure to mark down the service you would like to add while booking. Ex: trim/ deep condition/ treatment.
Everything that is not with service will added to pricing, no if and or buts!
